Happy Robot scales voice agents from logistics to DHL, using Twin and context-sharing to automate enterprise execution.
Happy Robot founders Pablo Palafox and Luis Paarup explain why voice became the entry point for automating logistics: agents can negotiate freight rates, track shipments, and coordinate messy phone, email, and web workflows. The company now serves nine of the top 10 US freight brokers, seven of the top 10 trucking companies, and two major ocean carriers; with DHL, it has deployed more than 40 agents across 80 countries. Its platform uses deterministic guardrails, hiding sensitive limits such as maximum buy rates from models, while forward-deployed engineers adapt agents to each enterprise. The founders argue that execution creates the context needed for Twin, which connects CRM, ERP, TMS, Snowflake, and agent-generated records. Their “pyramid of work” starts with repeatable tasks but ultimately aims at strategic decisions, expanding beyond logistics into utilities, telecom, and insurance.
