Workspaces and folders

  • Folders: create folders on the "Library" page to organize analyses. Drag an analysis card onto a folder on the left, or use the card menu, to move it; drop it on "Uncategorized" to take it out of a folder. Deleting a folder doesn't delete the analyses inside (they move back to the root).
  • Workspaces: one on Free; three on Pro, ten on Pro+ — handy for separating different topics / projects.
  • View switch: the top-right of the list toggles between list and grid layouts, and your choice is remembered.
  • Sort and grouping: sort by "analysis date" or "video date"; the list is automatically grouped by month (e.g. 2026/06).
  • Tidy up uncategorized at once: the ⋯ next to "Uncategorized" in the sidebar moves all uncategorized analyses into a chosen folder in one go.
  • Unread marker: analyses that have finished but you haven't opened yet are marked "Unread" in the list; opening one clears it.
