Which videos are supported?

Works

• Public or unlisted YouTube videos.
• With or without captions (no captions → speech-to-text).

Doesn't work

• Members-only / paid videos: blocked at input for legal and technical reasons.
• Deleted or private videos.

Length

Long videos are supported; over-long transcripts are automatically condensed in chunks, and over-large audio is transcribed in chunks. Extremely long videos may take a while.

If the original video is later deleted or made private

Analyses you have already completed are unaffected: the outline, summaries and mind map stay, and the video thumbnail keeps showing. Timestamp links still open YouTube, which will say the video is unavailable.
