Sharing

Three-tier public sharing

Analyses are private by default. When you choose to share, you can pick a tier:

  • Tier 1 (public summary): anyone can see the video summary, chapter titles (with timestamps) and the YouTube link; chapter key points, section summaries, the mind map and the transcript stay private. The page shows a preview of the full analysis: the number of chapters and key points, plus the first three key points of the first chapter. For videos longer than the Free plan's limit, the preview notes which plan is needed to analyze them.
  • Tier 2 (sign in for full): a public link, but the full content requires signing in. These pages are indexed by search engines too; visitors arriving from search see the summary and chapter titles, and the full content after signing in.
  • Tier 3 (creator consent): requires the channel owner to verify via YouTube and opt in.

The highest tier you can share to depends on your plan. The raw transcript is never made public. Videos taken down following a legal request can no longer be shared publicly (private use is unaffected).

To share several at once, tap "Select" on the library page, tick the analyses, and use Make public summary or Unshare in the bottom toolbar; unfinished analyses are skipped automatically.

Public share pages include one-tap share buttons (LINE / X / Threads / Facebook / WhatsApp / Telegram / copy link, plus native share on mobile) and a view count; you can also see how many times each shared analysis has been viewed on your own result page.

Two links

Sharing gives you two links:

  • My version: /s/your-public-url-name/video-id, showing your edits, regenerated sections and your quotes; it's the link appended to social threads.
  • AI original: /s/video-id, the public page shared by everyone who shares the same video, showing the AI's original analysis with the edited versions listed below, each noting which parts were changed (an unedited version is the same as the AI original, so it isn't listed); Discover and search engines see this page.

Whoever shares a video, the public scope follows the most open setting: if anyone picked "sign in for full view", signed-in visitors also see the full content on the AI original page. Links shared before this change automatically redirect to the video's AI original page.
