Organize with My Labels

"My labels" are private labels you add to each analysis — only you can see them, and they never appear on public share pages. They're different from the public "topics" shown on a share page: those are organized automatically for discovery, while private labels are purely your own organizing tool.

Adding labels

Under the video info card on an analysis page, in "My labels":

  • Click "Add label" and type; as you type it autocompletes labels you've used before, so one topic doesn't get split into several near-identical names.
  • The suggested labels below are topics the system pulled from this video — tap one to add it as your private label.

An analysis can have several labels at once (e.g. both #investing and #to-review).

The browser extension's analysis panel can also add, view, and one-tap apply suggested labels — so you can organize right on the YouTube page.

Finding analyses by label

In the "My labels" section on the left of the "Library" page:

  • Click a label to show only analyses with that label (you can stack it with a folder filter).
  • Each label shows how many analyses carry it.

Managing labels

  • Hover a label in the sidebar and click ⋯ to rename it (all analyses with that label are renamed together) or delete it (only the label is removed; the analyses themselves are kept).
  • The sidebar's "Manage" opens the label center: see every label at once, with search, sort, rename, delete, and merge — merging folds one label into another, handy for collapsing duplicates like #investing / #finance into one.

Cross-workspace view

Labels are counted per the workspace you're currently in by default. If you have more than one workspace, the label center shows an "All workspaces" toggle in the top-right — turn it on to aggregate labels across all your workspaces, with a per-workspace breakdown on each label so you can see everything at once. Click a workspace on a label to jump into that workspace filtered by the label; clicking the label name takes you to the workspace that has the most of it.
