How credits work

Everything is billed in "credits"

All AI actions draw from your credit pool:

• Full video analysis: by video length — without captions, 5 credits per 30 min; cheaper with captions (5 base + 1 credit per extra 15 min). Most videos under 30 min = 5 credits. You'll see the quote before submitting.
• Ask one question (Q&A): 1 credit
• Regenerate one section: mind map 1 credit, others (summary / sections / outline) 2 credits
• Quiz / quotes: first time free, regenerating 1-2 credits
• The above (regenerate / quiz / quotes) scale by video length: ≤1 hr ×1, 1–3 hr ×2, >3 hr ×3 (capped). Social threads are flat (no scaling).

Where credits come from

• Paid plans (Plus / Pro / Pro+): a fixed number each month, reset at the start of each month, no rollover.
• Free plan: earn-based — 20 credits at sign-up (expire in 7 days) + daily check-in +1 credit (expires in 30 days). See Daily check-in.
• Top-up credits: anyone can buy more (valid for 1 year).

How much can I do this month?

On the Usage page, see "monthly credits" and "top-up credits" — converted into "~N more analyses / ~M more questions". The Usage page also shows an operation breakdown (how many times each action ran) and a credit history (every credit earned or spent, filterable by earned / spent).

Top-up credits (when you run low)

On the Plans page you can make a one-time credit pack purchase:

• Deduction order: monthly subscription credits first, then top-up credits.
• Top-up credits are valid for 1 year from purchase (subscription monthly credits reset each month).

See the cost before you analyze

• When you submit a URL, we first fetch the video length at no cost to compute exactly how many credits it will take, then start.
• The cost is based on the video information available when you submit. If the analysis finds usable captions after all, you're charged the cheaper with-captions rate instead.
• If the video is over your plan's length limit or you're short on available credits, we block it before analyzing and tell you how to resolve it (upgrade / top up / use a shorter video) — nothing is charged.
• When the cost is above your confirmation threshold (default 5), a confirmation dialog appears first. Tick "Don't ask again under N credits" to adjust the threshold in one click, or change it anytime under "Analysis spend confirmation" on the Account page. Short videos under 30 min (5 credits) usually won't interrupt you.
• Available credits = total − in-progress hold. Analyzing several videos at once holds each one's cost; the nav shows "N available (M analyzing)". You're only charged on successful completion — failures, or cancelling while still queued, release the hold back to you.

Key points

• Monthly credits reset at the start of each month with no rollover; top-up credits carry across months and expire in 1 year.
• Each plan grants different monthly credits (see Plans and credits); referrals give both sides a one-time +30 credits (see Refer friends).
• When you're out of credits, actions are blocked — upgrade, top up, or wait for next month's reset.
• The number of concurrent analyses is also capped (Free 1, Plus 2, Pro 5, Pro+ 20).
• Video length is also capped by plan (Free 30 min, Plus 2 hr, Pro 6 hr, Pro+ 24 hr; contact us for longer).
